An exclusive Kid Camp which provide an opportunity for your kid to glimpse behind the scene at Khao Kheaw Open Zoo and step into the daily life of professional zookeepers at the Junior Zookeeper camps.

Campers will learn and hand on practice all jobs of zookeepers including care takers, scientists, nutritionists as well as all sciences knowledge behind the jobs and complete process of taking care of each animal and understand animal habits.

Learn how zookeepers do their jobs and be zookeeper assistant to clean animal place and prepare food for the animals
Tour the vet hospital to learn how to check-up animals’ health
Learn to use equipment and tools to examine animals at research station to understand how science can understand animal’s needs
Get hands-on experience making toys for animals to improve and promote wild habit of animals
Closely observation to learn about various animal behavior such as ring-tailed lemur, flamingo, penguin

Tour Zoo Nutrition Center to learn how to keep and prepare food for animals and learn kind of foods for each group of animal

สนามเด็กเล่นร่วมกับสวนสัตว์เปิดเขาเขียว ขอเชิญน้อง ๆ อายุ 8 – 12 ปี มาร่วมค่ายเสริมประสบการณ์ค่ายเดียวที่พาน้อง ๆ จะได้เรียนรู้ คุณลักษณะต่าง ๆ ของสัตว์ในสวนสัตว์แต่ละประเภทอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฎิบัติงานในฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ของสวนสัตว์เปิดเขาเขียว

ค่ายที่ให้น้อง ๆ ได้เรียนรู้และทดลองลงมือปฎิบัติจริง ครอบคลุมสายงานต่าง ๆ ครบถ้วน ทั้งการเป็นผู้ดูแลสัตว์ นักวิทยาศาสตร์ นักโภชนาการ บูรณาการความรู้วิทยาศาสตร์เพื่อให้น้อง ๆ ได้เข้าใจหน้าที่ของอาชีพต่าง ๆ และ กระบวนการต่างดูแลสัตว์แต่ละประเภท และเข้าใจพฤติกรรมของสัตว์แต่ละชนิดอย่างครบวงจร

ศึกษาการทำงานของพี่ ๆ Zookeeper พร้อมเป็นผู้ช่วยในการเตรียมความพร้อมของสัตว์แต่ละชนิดในแต่ละวัน
เรียนรู้วิธีการตรวจสุขภาพของสัตว์แต่ละชนิด จากสัตวแพทย์ตัวจริง ณ โรงพยาบาลสัตว์
เรียนรู้และฝึกทักษะการเป็นนักวิทยาศาสตร์ ทดลองใช้เครื่องมือทางวิทยาศาสตร์ เพื่อทำความเข้าใจว่ากระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์สามารถเข้าใจสัตว์ได้อย่างไร
ลงมือทำอุปกรณ์ส่งเสริมพัฒนาและส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมตามธรรมชาติของสัตว์
เรียนรู้และสังเกตพฤติกรรมของสัตว์อย่างใกล้ชิด อาทิ ลิเมอร์ ฟลามิงโก้ เพนกวิน
เยี่ยมชมศูนย์โภชนการสวนสัตว์ เพื่อศึกษาการเก็บและเตรียมอาหารของสัตว์แต่ละชนิด พร้อมทั้งทำความเข้าใจลักษณะอาหารของสัตว์แต่ละประเภท
ทุกกิจกรรมถูกออกแบบร่วมกันเป็นอย่างประณีตจากทีมงานสนามเด็กเล่น และ สวนสัตว์เปิดเขาเขียว
